This website, grindpray.com, is operated by Surrealessentialsllc, trading as Grind.Pray. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator.

These terms describe the conditions for using our website and purchasing our products.

1. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when placing an order. You must be legally able to make a purchase or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use fraudulent payment information.

2. Products and Availability

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing, and prices. Colors may appear different depending on your screen. Please review the product description and sizing information before ordering.

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

3. Prices and Payments

Product prices are displayed on the website. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change for future purchases. If we discover a pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected information or cancel for a refund.

4. Production and Shipping

Our apparel is printed after you place your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production and processing before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.

Shipping time is additional. Carrier delivery dates are estimates.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact surrealessentialsllc@gmail.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.

We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated based on the order’s production and shipping status. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins. This does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items, including any applicable shipping charges.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy explains eligibility, deadlines, shipping costs, and refunds.

Standard apparel printed after ordering remains eligible for returns under that policy. Customer-personalized products and clearly identified final-sale items have separate exclusions.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can resolve the issue.

7. Website Content

Content owned by Grind.Pray., including original designs, logos, photographs, and written material, may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Other content remains the property of its respective owners.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is hosted on Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, shipping, or other functions. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Links to external websites do not imply endorsement of their content.
