Production and Processing

Our apparel is printed after you place your order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and processing before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Preorders or products requiring additional production time will have that information listed on their product pages.

Shipping Costs and Delivery

Customers pay shipping. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery time is additional to production and processing time. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Address Changes

Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, email surrealessentialsllc@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the correct address.

Changes may not be possible after shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect address.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is missing, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact surrealessentialsllc@gmail.com so we can help investigate. Keep any damaged packaging and include photos when possible.
